Writing a Progress Note
Verinotes allows progress notes, lab prescriptions, drug prescriptions, and referrals to
be written without typing or transcribing. Using our patent pending point-and-click process,
you are walked through all possible conditions, interactions, and more. What is compiled is a
full, legible progress note.
Step 1: Select the form you wish to use
Verinotes allows you to create your custom point-and-click forms that you can use to create full and
details progress notes.
Step 2: Your selected progress note form
The selected progress note form will appear. Here you can see all the categories you can expand and fill out
using your mouse.
Step 3: Fill out form
Point-and-click the sections that best describe your patient charting.
Step 4: View saved note in patient chart
The filled out form is then compiled and saved in the patient's progress note section.
Step 5: Expand to view entire note
Here, you can see the full progress note in expanded view. The entire note was created by
simply point-and-clicking the desired progress note form.
