Verinotes® is an intellectual properties software application and Electronic Healthcare Record system of Serverbytz, Inc. Serverbytz, Inc. (formerly Praxis, Inc.) was established in 2002. It literally grew out of a dental practice where the idea of an EHR for dentists was conceived, long before the government mandated the use of EHRs all healthcare professional to be in place by 2014.
About the Principals
Matthew Ruggio is the Chief Operating Officer of Serverbytz, Inc. Serverbytz, Inc. was established in 2003 (formerly PraXis, Inc.).
Matthew Ruggio received both his Bachelors of Science degree (2006) and a Masters of Science degree (2008) in Computer Science and Information Technology from DePaul University.
Mr. Ruggio is the developer of Verinotes. While working in his father’s dental office he conceived the idea of EHRs for dentists. He is adept at every aspect of computer science and information technology and works diligently with all of his clients to meet and exceed their expectations.
David Ruggio, DDS is full time practicing general dentist in Chicago and Elgin, Illinois. He graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1981.
Dr. Ruggio is also the CEO of Serverbytz, Inc. the company that created Verinotes software program and Verinotes EHR. His input into Verinotes is invaluable because it infuses the practical aspect of dentistry into the application.
Verinotes dental software was then adapted to meet the needs of medical practitioners, thus making Verinotes a universal electronic health record.
